Merchant Manager Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026. This document is for general information and is not a substitute for legal advice.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Merchant Manager (listed as “Merchant Center for Google”), the iOS and Android app for monitoring and managing a Google Merchant Center catalogue, offered by m23n. By accessing or using Merchant Manager, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Independent app: Merchant Manager is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping are trademarks of Google LLC. The app is a client for Google’s Merchant API and is not a substitute for the Merchant Center website or Google’s own notices.

1. The service

Merchant Manager lets you connect Google accounts, view Merchant Center accounts, products, approval statuses, item and account issues, performance reports and promotions, edit selected product attributes, replace product images and receive notifications about disapprovals. All data is retrieved from and written to Google on your behalf; availability, accuracy and timeliness depend on Google’s services, your Merchant Center configuration and your API access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. Your accounts & responsibilities

You are responsible for the Google and Merchant Center accounts you connect and for having the authority to view and modify the data in them. Edits you make in the app are applied to your live Merchant Center and may affect what shoppers see on Google; review changes before saving. Keep your device secure; anyone with access to your unlocked device can use the connected accounts in the app. Handling of your data is described in our Merchant Manager Privacy Policy.

3. Google terms

Your use of Google Merchant Center, the Merchant API and content retrieved through them is also subject to Google’s terms, Merchant Center policies and the Google APIs Terms of Service. You must not use the app to violate those policies, and you accept that Google may suspend accounts or products independently of anything we do.

4. App stores, subscriptions & lifetime purchase

Merchant Manager is distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), and the rules and license terms of the store you download from apply. Access to the app requires an active auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled before the end of the current period (on the App Store at least 24 hours before); you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play’s subscriptions settings. Prices, plans, promotional offers and included features may change over time; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. Refunds and billing disputes follow the policies of Apple or Google, whichever billed you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Merchant Manager only in compliance with applicable law and Google’s policies. You may not misuse, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or attempt unauthorised access to the app, our storage or Google’s services, upload unlawful or infringing images, or use the app to manage accounts you are not authorised to manage.

6. Images you upload

You retain ownership of product images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and serve them so that Google can display them as your product images, and you confirm you have the rights to publish them. Uploaded images are publicly reachable by URL, as Merchant Center requires.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on Google (Merchant API, Firebase), Apple, Mixpanel and RevenueCat. Those services are subject to their providers’ own terms and availability, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Merchant Manager and related services, including all product, status, issue and performance data, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m23n disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, m23n will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, sales, business or data, arising from your use of Merchant Manager, including product edits applied to your catalogue, missed or delayed notifications, or reliance on status or performance information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Merchant Manager at any time by deleting your account and data in the app’s settings and uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
